Emirates Airline reveals their partnership with Uber which will allow Nigerian passengers benefit from cheaper airport rides to and from Dubai International Airport.
Specially discounted airport rides are available for passengers travelling to more than 20 global destinations on Emirates Economy Flex and Emirates Economy Flex Plus.
Thierry Antinori who is the current Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Emirates said, “The offer allows Emirates passengers travelling from Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria to redeem discounted rides on Uber when travelling to Dubai.”
“Passengers can enjoy seamless airport transfers in conjunction with Uber and get around town for less when flying with Emirates Airlines. Economy Flex Plus travellers can avail two free rides from and to Dubai International Airport from anywhere in Dubai up to the value of AED 120 per trip (or enter equivalent market currency), while Economy Flex passengers will get 50 per cent off two rides, from and to Dubai International Airport to anywhere in Dubai up to the value of AED 60 per trip (or enter equivalent market currency),” he explained.
The offer also allows Emirates airline passengers travelling from Chicago, New York, Houston, Washington, and Los Angeles in the United States to redeem discounted rides on Uber when travelling to Dubai.
Other countries that can also benefit from this deal are Amman in Jordan, Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Sialkot and Karachi in Pakistan, Abuja and Lagos in Nigeria, Accra in Ghana, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Other beneficiaries include Tokyo and Osaka in Japan, and Bologna, Rome, Milan and Venice in Italy.
The duration for this offer is valid for booking and travel lasts until 10th December 2018.
